Strategic Planning Services

Clarity, alignment, and execution for vision-driven leaders, ministries, and founders

You don’t need more ideas.
You need clarity, structure, and a plan you can actually execute.

Strategic planning is the difference between working in your vision and intentionally moving it forward. Whether you’re leading a ministry, building a business, or stewarding a nonprofit, growth without strategy leads to burnout, confusion, and wasted resources.

This service is designed for leaders who are ready to stop guessing — and start building with intention.

Why Strategic Planning Matters

Many founders, ministry leaders, and purpose-driven entrepreneurs are deeply gifted — but overwhelmed.

They often come to me saying:

  • “We’re doing a lot, but nothing feels aligned.”

  • “We know what we’re called to do, but not how to structure it.”

  • “We’re growing, but it feels chaotic.”

  • “We are paying for all these apps, but not sure how they really work!”

Strategic planning creates alignment between vision, resources, capacity, and execution. It helps you move from survival mode to sustainability. This is not about hustle. It’s about stewardship.

What This Strategic Planning Service Is

This is a multi-week strategic planning process, not a one-off consultation.

When you book Strategic Planning, you are investing in a minimum of three sessions, intentionally designed to move you from vision → clarity → execution.

You are not paying for “time.”
You are paying for thinking, research, structure, and deliverables.

My Strategic Planning Process

Session 1: Discovery & Assessment

We begin with a deep dive into your vision, goals, current structure, and challenges.

In this session, we explore:

  • Your mission, vision, and values

  • What you are currently building (and why)

  • Your audience, community, or clients

  • What’s working vs. what’s draining you

  • Capacity, resources, and constraints

  • Where you feel stuck or unclear

This session allows me to collect the information needed to build a strategy that fits your reality, not a generic framework.

Behind the Scenes: Strategy Development

After our first session, I step away to analyze, research, and build your strategic plan.

This includes:

  • Clarifying priorities

  • Identifying gaps and inefficiencies

  • Structuring realistic phases of growth

  • Aligning vision with systems and timelines

  • Mapping next steps that are achievable

You are not expected to figure this out on your own — this is where strategy lives.

Session 2: Strategy Presentation

In our second session, I present your custom strategic plan.

You will receive:

  • A clear roadmap for moving forward

  • Strategic recommendations tailored to your goals

  • A breakdown of phases, priorities, and focus areas

  • Guidance on what to do now vs. later

We review the plan together, answer questions, and discuss how it aligns with your capacity and season.

Session 3: Refinement & Implementation Support

Based on your feedback, I refine the strategy and meet with you again to:

  • Make final adjustments

  • Clarify implementation steps

  • Support decision-making

  • Help you transition from planning to execution

This third session is where the strategy becomes usable, actionable, and grounded.

What You’ll Receive

✔ A written strategic plan (PDF)
✔ Clear priorities and next steps
✔ Alignment between vision and action
✔ A realistic roadmap (not overwhelm)
✔ Support through the planning process
✔ Space to ask questions and think clearly
